Raising an issue or complaint
If you have a complaint please speak to a member of the Biffaward team, who will be happy to help. If you prefer to put your complaint in writing, please email us at biffaward@rswt.org. We will acknowledge any written complaint within two working days, and endeavour to respond to the actual complaint within two weeks.
