Raising an issue or complaint
If you have a complaint please speak to a member of the Biffaward team, who will be happy to help. If you prefer to put your complaint in writing, please email us at biffaward@rswt.org. We will acknowledge any written complaint within two working days, and endeavour to respond to the actual complaint within two weeks. If you are unhappy with our response then please refer to the downloads page for the next steps.
